L’affaire Kheira Hamraoui vient de connaître un nouveau développement. Comme l’a appris Le Monde de plusieurs sources proches du dossier, confirmant une information de l’Equipe, le parquet de Versailles a requis un procès contre l’ex-footballeuse du Paris-Saint-Germain Aminata Diallo pour « complicité de violences volontaires aggravées » et « association de malfaiteurs » dans l’affaire de la spectaculaire agression dont a été victime, en novembre 2021, son ex-coéquipière du Paris-Saint-Germain, Kheira Hamraoui. Cette dernière avait été rouée de coups avec une barre de fer par deux hommes cagoulés, à Chatou (Yvelines) au retour d’une soirée organisée par le club de la capitale au Bois de Boulogne et alors que Mme Diallo la ramenait en voiture chez elle.
Le parquet de Versailles a confirmé au Monde avoir rendu son réquisitoire définitif. L’avocate de Kheira Hamraoui, Julia Minkowski, n’a pu être jointe. « Ces réquisitions sont un écran de fumée, estime Romain Ruiz, l’avocat de Mme Diallo. Aminata Diallo n’a pas commis ces faits et nous le démontrerons quels que soient les artifices de l’accusation. »
