Le 27 octobre 2005, les deux adolescents de 17 ans et 15 ans sont morts électrocutés dans le transformateur EDF où ils s’étaient réfugiés pour échapper à la police. Ce drame avait déclenché trois semaines d’émeutes urbaines à travers le pays.
