Des centaines de personnes ont tenu à rendre hommage aux victimes de l’incendie du bar Le Constellation à Crans-Montana, ce dimanche 4 janvier. Ils ont d’abord assisté à une messe spéciale, beaucoup sont restés dans le froid, à l’extérieur de la chapelle Saint-Christophe de Crans, pleine à craquer. La foule s’est ensuite dirigée en silence à proximité du lieu du drame, où des milliers de fleurs et des centaines de bougies ont été déposées. A leur arrivée, les secouristes ont reçu une vague d’applaudissements.
Le feu qui a ravagé l’établissement a fait au moins 40 morts et 119 blessés, principalement des adolescents et de jeunes adultes. De nouveaux hommages doivent être rendus le 9 janvier, décrété jour de deuil national en Suisse.
