Les entreprises représentées, selon la Maison Blanche, sont Chevron, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Continental Halliburton, HKN, Valero, Marathon, Shell, Trafigura, Vitol Americas, Repsol, Eni, Aspect Holdings, Tallgrass, Raisa Energy et Hilcorp.
