Après des albums plus introspectifs revenant sur leur adolescence (Songs of Innocence, en 2013) et leur parcours (Songs of Experience, en 2017, et Songs of Surrender, en 2023, réinterprétation acoustique d’une sélection de leur répertoire), U2 replonge ici dans un engagement qui a souvent nourri sa flamme musicale et la vie publique de son chanteur.
