L’entraîneur E. D., 50 ans, a fait l’objet d’un arrêté préfectoral d’interdiction temporaire d’exercer de deux ans à la suite d’accusations d’agressions sexuelles portées par L. M., une judoka de 24 ans, qu’il a hébergée entre 2021 et 2024, à proximité de l’Institut national du sport, de l’expertise et de la performance (Insep).
« Conformément à l’article L.212-13 du code du sport, le préfet de département peut, par arrêté motivé, prononcer à l’encontre de toute personne dont le maintien en activité constituerait un danger pour la santé et la sécurité physique ou morale des pratiquants, une interdiction temporaire ou définitive d’exercer tout ou partie des fonctions d’éducateur sportif, de dirigeant, de juge-arbitre, de surveillant de baignade ou d’intervention auprès de mineurs dans un établissement sportif », a écrit le ministère des sports au Monde, mardi 21 octobre, confirmant que E. D. « [avait] bien fait l’objet d’un arrêté préfectoral d’interdiction d’exercer ».
Selon nos informations, l’entraîneur – qui réfute les accusations le visant – a l’intention de former un recours administratif contre cette décision, émise il y a environ deux semaines.
